SUPER SAIYAN RED VS SUPER SAIYAN BLUE

WHICH FORM IS REALLY STRONGER?!?

WELCOME TO MY THEORY ABOUT WHICH FORM IS REALLY STRONGER? SUPER SAIYAN RED (SSG) OR SUPER SAIYAN BLUE (SSGSS). I'VE SEEN MANY ASKING ABOUT WHICH FORM IS STRONGER FROM MY FACEBOOK PAGE LATELY, SO HERE IT IS......

EVERYONE HAVE THEIR DIFFERENT OPINION ABOUT WHICH IS STRONGER? RED OR BLUE, THOUGH THE CREATOR Akira Toriyama HAD GIVEN ONLY ONE STATEMENT ON THIS, REGARDING THE COLOUR RED LOOKS MORE STRONGER THAN BLUE. WHAT HE STATED WAS :

“Simply put, it’s because [the red hair] looks so strong,” said Toriyama. “The color yellow has already been used, and blue isn’t really that strong looking, so visually, red is easy to understand.”

BUT EVEN THIS STATEMENT WAS MADE ALMOST A YEAR BEFORE BLUE FORM WAS INTRODUCED, SO WE CANT GIVE ANY CONCLUSION ON THIS.
WELL MANY FANS SAY THAT SUPER SAIYAN BLUE IS STRONGER JUST CAUSE IT CAME AFTER RED, IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. FOR SOME REASONS I'LL SAY THAT SUPER SAIYAN BLUE IS STRONGER, ONLY IF YOU WILL CONSIDER PHYSICAL STRENGTH TO DECIDE IT, A BATTLE DOESN'T ONLY NEED STRENGTH, BUT ALSO SPEED AND STAMINA.
Before we continue comparing these two forms, I'll make one thing clear that here I'm taking about manga (If you hadn't read it, you must!) because in animations SSG appeared just a single time.

As in Battle of Gods we have already seen the power of RED form which made Beerus use his 70% of power and still was able to dodge his attacks. So, in that case SSGSS was supposed to be stronger than Beerus, but it's not. BLUE wasn't enough to finish ZAMASU(Mergerd), however Beerus was!(Mentioned by Supreme Kai)
BLUE form does actually come after RED form, but BLUE form isnt fast enough and drains alot of stamina too, which make BLUE form harder on body and dont't even last long, but it surely gives a great physical strength.
On the other side RED form might not have that much of power but it gives speed and saves stamina of user.

During his fight with Black, when Vegeta transformed into SSG Black said “You must be out of your mind, using a lower form to beat me?” which might indicate SSGSS a superior form, but Vegeta figured out the way to use it, he knew how both forms work(Which Goku later explained) While fighting Goku Black, Vegeta was switching forms in instant to maintain his speed as well as strength for long, Vegeta used Red form while moving, and Blue form while attacking, which gave him upper hand in battle.

Now if we consider these facts to say which form is really stronger? Or which form is superior, it will be unfair to just declare one of them as superior.

Conclusion : SUPER SAIYAN BLUE is stronger if it comes to hand wrestling. Both form have there own advantage over another, BLUE gives more power but drains much stamina and is slower whereas RED form is faster and lasts longer.
